I'm on CFAN's Outside the Lines and just got this so I'm passing it on. I hope we can flood the CBFFA's with Nighty fic, so let's think of all the stories we've seen this year from members of the forum and get nominating! We can start with a list of all the new Nighty fic we've seen here or around, like Beamie's Oni Anan, Bamfchickie's stuff and my stuff, make sure they were written in 2001 and nominate them! Start thinking of good fics, guys!

Just got the URLS from Kielle, so here we go.
Subreality and all points -- it is that time of year again. the Comic Book Fan Fiction Awards are back. The usual suspects are already warming up their keyboards for this year's outing.
The awards for 2002 are for fanfics written in the year 2001, save for the Hall of Fame category. There have a great deal of excellent stories and series by new names and old familiar ones over the past year. The CBFFAs are a fanfic tradition since 1998, and they need YOU to be complete -- without votes and nominations, there can be no awards.
So spread the word. Visit the sites and vote for your favourite stories of 2001.
Previous winners for your viewing and voting reference can be found on CFAN at: http://www.subreality.com/cfan/cbffa/winners-old.htm
The rules for voting are at: http://www.subreality.com/cfan/cbffa/rules-2002.htm
If you've got a webpage or an archive and would like to participate in advertising the event, linking graphics to advertise 2002's CBFFAs are at: http://www.indigosky.net/fanfiction/...nner-2002a.gif http://www.indigosky.net/fanfiction/...nner-2002b.gif http://www.indigosky.net/fanfiction/...nner-2002c.gif
Feel free to distribute this press release to any comic fanfiction mailing list to which you belong that hasn't already seen it.

OTL? Is that back now? Have I missed anything in the last half year or so?

I was just bumping this up as there's only one day left for nominations (ends Feb. 5) before voting starts at the end of this week.
Authors pimping their stories are here: http://pub54.ezboard.com/fcfanfrm15
And yes, I pimped my stuff on that site too. I write under the name of Saille, if anyone is interested in nominating me...*doe eyes* Any story written in 2001 can be nominated, without being listed on that forum. I did my duty and nominated some Nighty fic from OTL and here. No, not my own.
And Sheemie, for a really late reply: Yes OTL is alive and kicking. I've been on it for about a year now. It's grrreeat!

I've been on OTL for about a month now... it disappeared about a year ago and I looked for it, I'm sure of it. And now it's back like it's never been gone. *shrug* Not much on there I'm really interested in but I like to moniter it just in case.
